Honey is the shade that moves most: pale at first, it darkens at the folds and edges as the pouch is used. A six-watch pouch in grained cowhide, cotton lining, leather tie. Made in France, EPV-certified workshop. Open: 40 × 25 cm.
On an uncorrected full-grain hide, honey evolves. After a few months the handling areas and the folds take on a warmer tone, and the object no longer looks like the photograph. Some people seek that out; avoid it if you want a stable colour — in which case take the black.
The grain itself does not move. It structures the surface and absorbs micro-scratches.
Six individual pockets, a lined flap over the top, then the whole thing rolls and cinches with a leather tie. Open it measures 40 × 25 cm; closed, 10 × 16 cm at roughly 8 cm across.
The pockets take cases over 48 mm in diameter and over 18 mm thick.
The same model exists in brown, steadier over time, in blue and in black. For Breton rather than Loire manufacture, the brown Ploumanach by Avel & Men. Browse watch pouches and travel cases.
