Watch accessory specialist since 2010

La Boîte à Montres ® is a French website specialising in watch accessories. It was founded in late 2010 in Paris by Sébastien Villeroy, who comes from a family of jewellers.

We are an authorised dealer for Swiss Kubik, Scatola del Tempo, Rapport London and Hirsch. Every product sold here comes from its manufacturer, with its guarantee and its after-sales service.

Sébastien Villeroy, founder

Sébastien Villeroy founded La Boîte à Montres in late 2010 in Paris. He writes the guides published on the site, based on the products our team handles every day and on the technical data supplied by the manufacturers.

Products we handle every day

Fitting and removing straps, measuring lug widths, setting the turns per day on winders, examining materials and fastening systems: our content is built on this daily practice. The photographs and videos published on the site are produced by us, on the products we sell.

We have built our own lug width chart by watch model: 272 watches from 47 brands, to find the right strap width. We also publish technical guides on using a watch winder for automatic watches, on choosing a watch winder for a Rolex and on the history of the NATO strap.

Real stock in France

We are based in Paris 16e and our stock is held in France. Items shown as available genuinely are, and they leave our premises with a tracking number. Swiss Kubik, Scatola del Tempo and Rapport London MK3 winders carry a three-year commercial guarantee, set out in our terms and conditions of sale.

A question about a watch, a lug width or a setting? Our team answers on +33 9 80 84 88 08.

Press coverage

The French watch press and general press have followed La Boîte à Montres since 2012. Each feature is shown with its cover, issue number and date, so that it can be traced and checked.

Two pages on the site for its sixth anniversary. The magazine covers the strap range — NATO, the Austrian Hirsch collection and the Italian Arezzo leathers — then the watch boxes and winders by Swiss Kubik, Rapport London and Scatola del Tempo.
