Open, the pouch is 40 × 25 cm. Rolled, it becomes a 10 × 16 cm cylinder about 8 cm across. That is the point of the format: a rigid six-watch box takes three times the volume in a suitcase and will not deform to fit.
Each watch has its own pocket, separate from the others, and the lined flap covers everything before rolling.
Those are the real thresholds. The pockets take cases over 48 mm in diameter and over 18 mm thick. A thick-bezel diver or an automatic chronograph goes in: the give of the leather works where a rigid slot blocks.
The closure is a leather tie, tightened to the actual thickness of the contents.
