The 24mm black and grey NATO strap: the James Bond stripe for very large cases. Single-piece nylon NATO watch strap to G10 specification, marine-grade anti-corrosion stainless steel buckle and keepers. 24mm lug width — Panerai Luminor 44, XXL watches.
If you are looking for a 24mm NATO strap, you have probably noticed that most ranges stop at 22. Very large cases are a niche, and most sellers do not bother. We do: 24mm is a collector's width, and it deserves the same strap as the rest.
Made from a single piece of woven nylon, this NATO watch strap follows the original British G10 specification. The strap slides under the case and bears on both spring bars. Marine-grade anti-corrosion stainless steel buckle and keepers — sea, water sports and diving without reservation. Machine washable at 30°.
Better said here than after you order. 47mm Panerai watches need 26mm — a size we do not make. 24mm covers the Luminor 44, Luminor Marina 44 and Submersible 44. Below that, the Luminor Due and Quaranta in 40 and 42mm take 22mm.
Panerai Submersible PAM024, Bell & Ross BR03, Bell & Ross BR01, Breitling Super Avenger 48, Panerai Luminor Marina PAM111. Here a nylon strap is more than a style choice: on a heavy watch it spreads the mass and disappears where a steel bracelet weighs.
This is what the NATO strap was designed for. The strap bears on both spring bars: if one fails, the watch is still held by the other. On a valuable timepiece, this is not a construction detail — it is the whole point.
The same stripe comes in 20mm and 22mm if you own several watches. The red-pinstripe Goldfinger also comes in 24mm. All of our 24mm is here: 24mm NATO straps.
In under a minute you'll know how to mount a NATO strap. Behind the name, a real legend: see where the NATO strap comes from.
