Beige keeps the whole monochrome

On a raw black leather, beige introduces no colour: it simply lightens the two ends of the strap. The strap is wearable on a dress watch as much as on a military watch — which counts all the more at 24 mm, where the leather area is already imposing and a bright accent would take over.

Minimal stitching, at the ends only

No thread along the edges. A few beige stitches at each end, and nothing more. It is the minimum needed to hold the structure, and the maximum a raw leather with a hand-worked edge allows.

Raw leather on both faces, hand-patinated edges

The same raw leather on the surface and in the lining. Thickness of 4 mm at the watch end, tapering to 2.5 mm at the buckle. Both edges are patinated by hand, one at a time.
