Polywatch for plastic, acrylic and Hesalite crystals
Polywatch for plastic crystals treats acrylic and Hesalite — the crystal found on vintage watches and on several emblematic modern models. The micro-abrasive aluminium oxide paste reduces light to medium scratches and returns clarity to the crystal.
It is applied by hand: a small amount on the crystal, buffed with a soft cloth under light pressure, then wiped clean. No special tool.
Polywatch for mineral glass and sapphire
The version for sapphire and mineral glass is a separate formula. The two are not interchangeable: the plastic version suits neither mineral nor sapphire. Check what your crystal is made of before ordering.
Which crystal does my watch have?
An acrylic crystal scratches easily under a fingernail and sounds dull. Sapphire resists scratching but marks on impact. When in doubt, the model's documentation settles it.
