The adjustment holes are oval, not round. The design comes from original military straps, where the oval allowed finer adjustment on a hide of substantial thickness. On a 24 mm strap that detail is noticed at once and sets the register.

Red stitching on a raw black leather

The red stitching is the strap's only departure from black. On a raw black nubuck it sets the tone without turning the piece into a sports accessory. That is what separates this Horseman from the white-stitched version, which is quieter.

A 22 mm buckle in the GPF style

The 22 mm stainless buckle is drawn in the spirit of vintage GPF buckles. It is included and removable. This is a buckle in the GPF style, not an original Panerai part.
