Why an Apple Watch NATO strap has to be two-piece

A classic NATO strap is a single band that runs under the case. On an Apple Watch that is impossible: the attachment is proprietary and there is no gap. The only honest answer is a two-piece strap that keeps the NATO look — the stripes, the keepers, the buckle — and fixes on each side. A strap advertised as a single-piece NATO compatible with the Apple Watch is therefore not one.

The adapters are in the box

This is the point that makes the difference. An Apple Watch does not take a standard strap without an intermediate part, and the market is awash with unbranded adapters sold separately, whose fit is never quite right. Ours come with the strap and are matched to it. Fitting is done as you unpack it.
