NATOCONCEPT blue and the Speedmaster

Blue on a Speedmaster is not obvious — which is what makes it interesting. It pulls the watch out of its usual black without betraying it. With the polished steel of the NATOCONCEPT line, the result is dressed up.

The NATOCONCEPT line

The NATOCONCEPT is not a standard NATO strap. The buckle and keepers are polished stainless steel, not brushed: light catches them the way it catches a watch clasp. The nylon is more tightly woven and the strap is supple from the first fitting. This is our premium line.

G10 heritage, without the folklore

The NATO strap came from a British Ministry of Defence order in 1973, referenced G10 — named after the form you filled in to get one. The specification: one piece, two spring bars, nylon that does not rot in tropical humidity, and enough length to go over a wetsuit. This strap meets those standards.

Monobloc woven nylon construction, exactly as the British G10 specification defines it: the band runs uninterrupted, threads under the caseback and bears on both spring bars. Tongue and keepers in marine-grade anti-corrosion stainless steel, built for salt water. 30° machine, air dry.

Fits 20mm lug width

Rolex Submariner 16610, Rolex Submariner 14060, Rolex GMT-Master II, Rolex Explorer 14270, Rolex Explorer II. 20mm is the most common lug width on the market: measure the gap between your lugs to confirm.
