18mm grey NATO strap, marine-grade anti-corrosion stainless steel buckle and keepers. Single-piece nylon NATO watch strap to G10 specification. 18mm lug width — Seiko SKX013, Seiko Mini Turtle, Marathon GP. Measure yours before ordering.
Grey is the shade for watches that stay quiet. On a small 18mm case, black can sharpen the line too much. Grey softens everything: it continues the tone of the steel instead of fighting it. The right choice when discretion comes first.
From 16 to 24 cm of wrist circumference, the strap follows — even worn over a wetsuit. That was a clause of the G10 specification, and it still pays off. The nylon is woven in a single piece, with no joining seam. The band runs behind the caseback, bears on each of the two spring bars in turn, then closes back on itself. Marine-grade anti-corrosion stainless buckle and keepers, indifferent to salt. A 30° machine wash brings it back to life.
It fits, among others, the Seiko SNK809, Seiko SNXS79, Omega Speedmaster Reduced, Omega Seamaster vintage 34. Measure the lug width before ordering. After that, no tools: the strap slips under the case and the spring bars stay put.
Few buyers stop at one shade: the 18mm black and grey NATO strap and the 18mm beige with red line NATO strap round out a first purchase. To scan every tone, open the 18mm NATO straps page. If size makes you hesitate, our watch-strap selection guide settles it. And to slide the nylon under the case without forcing, follow our illustrated fitting method.
