Beco Magnum watchmaker tool kit

A watch tool kit bringing together the basic tools to open and dismantle a watch, or change its battery. It is the entry point of the Beco Technics range.

What the watchmaker kit contains

Three screwdrivers 1.0 · 1.2 · 1.6 mm with spare blades · one spring bar tool · one fine-point stainless steel tweezers · one plastic tweezers · one watchmaker loupe · one TOUVA case opener for screw-down backs · one case knife for clipped backs · one assortment of spare springbars.

Changing a watch battery yourself

This is the most frequent use of the kit. The case opener gives access to the movement, the plastic tweezers handle the battery without short-circuiting it, and the knife opens the clipped backs of common quartz watches.

Spare watch springbars already included

The assortment of springbars supplied saves a second order: the spring bar tool and the new bars arrive together.

Magnum watch kit or Medium kit

The Beco Medium kit is somewhat fuller: it adds a pin pusher with support for metal bracelet links, an anti-scratch fitting cushion, a twelve-compartment storage box and a zipped case. The Magnum opens and dismantles; the Medium also adjusts metal bracelets.
