Swiss Kubik Masterbox black leather with white stitching: the automatic watch winder clad in genuine leather on every face. Approved by Rolex, programmable over Bluetooth and USB-C, silent motor, antimagnetic at 0.07 mT. Hand-made in Switzerland. Battery-powered, up to 3 years of autonomy. 3-year warranty.
The Masterbox black leather with white stitching is not trying to compete with the Masterbox aluminium black — it offers another way into it. Same Swiss Made Swiss Kubik motor approved by Rolex, same Bluetooth and USB-C programming, same certified magnetic neutrality. But under genuine leather applied to every face, which completely changes the object sitting on your bedside table or in your dressing room. The white stitching underlines every edge — that detail is what makes the piece.
Swiss Kubik is one of the few manufactures officially approved by Rolex — and one that has built bespoke winders for certain models in the range. The Masterbox leather is hand-made at the Givisiez manufacture in Switzerland, to Swiss Made standards.
In standard settings the Masterbox runs 1,600 rotations per day — 800 in each direction — covering 90% of the automatic calibres on the market. The smartphone app lets you enter the brand and reference of your watch: the app then adapts the programme with the ideal number of turns. Rotation direction and turns per day can also be set manually, over Bluetooth (iOS/Android) or from a computer via USB-C.
The Masterbox runs on batteries, with no cable: two Duracell LR14 batteries are supplied and give up to 3 years of autonomy. Put it wherever you like — on a cabinet, in a dressing room or inside a safe. USB-C mains power remains available if you prefer.
The Swiss Kubik motor is silent. Measured magnetic neutrality: 0.07 mT — 85 times below the ISO 764 standard — a technical argument almost no competitor puts forward. Between each cycle, a pause phase and an automatic vertical stop at 12 o'clock: the mainspring relaxes properly.
Black leather with white stitching goes with everything — a Rolex Submariner, an Omega Seamaster, a Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso. It is often the first leather Masterbox people choose, rarely the only one. For a warmer tone, the Masterbox light brown leather. For the collectors' signature shade with a glazed front, the Masterbox Rolex green leather.
The Masterbox is a self-contained individual cube running on batteries. You can have as many as you have watches to maintain: side by side or stacked, matching colours. In eloxed aluminium, the Masterbox black, the Masterbox Rolex green or the Masterbox navy blue.
Same Swiss Kubik motor, but leather hand-applied at the Italian Scatola del Tempo manufacture: the Rotor One black leather is a design object shaped like a porthole, with a graduated bezel inspired by the Rolex GMT and Submariner. For an entry-level winder with no settings, the Startbox black.
