The orange in the Tropic range
Warm and vivid, orange evokes seventies diving dials.
The Tropic type emerged in the golden age of sport diving, as tool watches left military wrists behind. A rugged, marine, one-handed strap was needed: rubber was the natural choice from the sixties on.
A collector's standard, like the NATO
A vintage standard like the NATO, the Tropic appeals again. It dressed prized watches: LIP Nautic-Ski, Yema Yachtingraf or Aquastar Regate. Basket-weave pattern, notched border and embossed back echo the original.
FKM rubber, a premium elastomer
Our strap uses FKM rubber, a high-end fluoroelastomer. Hypoallergenic, it durably resists UV — it does not fade — as well as heat and cold. Supple, it gives nothing away on strength. Silicone-free, it does not attract dust.
