Two-piece 20mm grey Zulu strap for smartwatches, on Quick Release spring bars, no tools needed. Woven nylon, black PVD buckle and keepers. For smartwatches with classic lugs, 20mm lug width. Not suitable for Apple Watch.
Black on black wipes out a smartwatch: all that is left is a dark rectangle. Grey adds just enough separation for the case to become an object in its own right again. It is the most restrained fitting in the range, the kind that disappears at the desk as easily as at the gym.
A Zulu is a NATO taken further on toughness: denser nylon, rounded keepers, a thick buckle. It was drawn for hard conditions. Matched with black PVD hardware, it changes the look of a smartwatch far more than the original strap.
Let us be precise. The British G10 is one band that runs under the watch. This one is made of two lengths fixed on the spring bars, like a leather strap. It keeps the style and the material; its construction differs, and that is exactly what makes it work on smartwatches. The spring bars are Quick Release: everything mounts by hand, no tools. The nylon is tight; the black PVD hardware is a vacuum deposit, harder than lacquer and free from flaking. Where the original silicone clings to the skin, the nylon lets it breathe. Machine wash at 30°.
Turn your smartwatch over. Two classic lugs with a spring bar between them, 20mm apart: this strap fits. A fitting built into the case: it will not. If the measurement makes you hesitate, our watch-strap selection guide gives you the useful markers, and our illustrated fitting method shows in pictures how to slide the length under the lug.
The Apple Watch has no spring bars: its fitting is proprietary, nothing mounts without an adapter. If that is your watch, take our Apple Watch version, adapters supplied instead, a reference of its own. To stay in the same spirit, the black and grey version and the khaki version offer other shades. Find all our touchscreen-ready models in our NATO straps for smart watches. And if you also wear a mechanical watch, our 20mm NATO straps bring back these colourways in single-piece form.
