Three details, no more. A dense weave first: slack nylon stretches out within a season. Quality steel next: poor steel eventually greens the skin. The finish of the ends last: badly heat-sealed, they fray. Our strap answers all three. It is a single piece — the nylon runs without a join, passes under the caseback and bears on the two spring bars before closing. Tongue and keepers are anti-corrosion marine stainless, made for salt water. 30° machine wash when needed.
