Beige is the tone that reveals the pattern
On a pale tone the rope relief reads clearly: every twist takes shadow, and the pattern becomes the subject of the strap. On black it takes the right light to see. Beige is therefore the colourway to choose if the design is what interests you.
Suede cowhide, vegetable-tanned
The hide is buffed on the grain side, which gives it its velvety hand and matt surface. Bark-tanned in Tuscany, unpigmented. Hypoallergenic leather lining.
Three millimetres, extra supple
A constant three millimetres thick, with no padding. The strap follows the wrist from the first fitting, with no breaking-in period. On a wide but flat case, that is what avoids any bulk.
