White stitching is the quiet reading of the Horseman
On a black oiled leather, white introduces no colour: it simply lightens the outline of the strap. The whole stays monochrome and is wearable on a dress watch as much as on a diver, where the red-stitch version imposes a register.
A raw hide of rare suppleness
This raw hide is rare and difficult to work. Its density gives it a suppleness calf does not reach: the strap follows the wrist from the first fitting, with no breaking-in period. Barbour-style oiling protects it without smoothing it.
Compatible with a GPF-look buckle
The strap comes with its stainless buckle included and removable. It also accepts a GPF-look buckle as an option, for a more assertive register — a buckle in the GPF style, never an original part.
