Two colours, equal widths, but red replaces grey — and 22mm gives it room. On a Tudor Black Bay 41 or a Seiko Turtle, the red stops being a pinstripe and becomes a band.

Single-piece nylon NATO strap built to the G10 specification of the British Ministry of Defence. It threads under the case between both spring bars and wraps fully around the wrist. Marine-grade anti-corrosion stainless steel buckle and keepers. Machine washable at 30°.

The NATO strap came from a British Ministry of Defence order in 1973, referenced G10 — named after the form you filled in to get one. The specification: one piece, two spring bars, nylon that does not rot in tropical humidity, and enough length to go over a wetsuit.
