22mm is the width of modern divers and tool watches. On these heavy cases rubber has an advantage leather does not: it does not slacken as the temperature rises, and it takes salt water without losing shape. The smooth black of the Pure suits every bezel, steel or ceramic.
Hirsch certifies the Pure at 100 m water-resistant. That is not a marketing line: premium rubber is the material the luxury watch industry chose for functional straps, and it takes repeated immersion without whitening or hardening.
The underside rests on its edges alone. Air passes, moisture clears, and the wrist does not stick after an hour in the sun. The integrated loop stopper locks the strap end: nothing drifts, even after hundreds of fittings.
At 22mm it goes on large-diameter divers and sports chronographs. The tool-free Hirsch Quick Release spring-bar system makes it immediate to swap weekday leather for weekend rubber.
The whole width is in our Hirsch 22mm straps. In colour, the Pure orange 22mm takes the regatta line. The Hirsch Accent 22mm carries the same material in a more technical design.
