The 20mm Wine vegan watch strap is made from vine leaves hand-picked in organic vineyards in Austria. A process developed by Hirsch makes them flexible and permanently stable before they are applied in multiple layers.

A harvest, then a strap

The leaves are picked fresh in local organic vineyards. A treatment developed by Hirsch makes them supple and preserves them for the long term, before they are laid in multiple layers onto the backing.

Vegan down to the lining

The lining too is free of any animal material. This is not a leather strap dressed in a plant motif: the whole construction is vegan and sustainable.

Side turned edge and deployment buckle

The build uses the side turned-edge technique, reserved for the most careful finishes in the range. The Wine comes with a stainless steel deployment buckle.

An occasion strap, not an everyday one

Hirsch recommends wearing it on special occasions rather than daily. Plant material is alive: the less you tax it, the longer it keeps its appearance.
