The 18mm Aristocrat watch strap is made for older watches. Its thickness stays classic, with no excess curve: it does not lift a vintage case and it does not distort the line of a collector's piece, for men or women.
The upper leather is a high-quality Italian calf embossed with a small-scale crocodile pattern. The embossed line is elegant, the execution matt, the tone-on-tone stitching all but invisible.
The padding is genuine leather fibre: the body stays light. The steel buckle, pierced with round holes, completes a deliberately quiet whole.
The Hirsch Oysterglove Supersoft lining is supple from the first fitting and resists water. On a vintage watch, it is what protects the leather from perspiration.
